Request a Return
If the items were purchased through this website, please follow the steps below for completing a return request. If the items were purchased from another retailer, you need to contact them for their specific return process.
- Log in to your account at https://account.lascal.net/
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Important information about return shipping
If your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a generic return shipping label showing our address.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must arrange and pay for the return shipment directly with your chosen carrier. Lascal does not provide pre-paid labels or free returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
